Share to Care - San Diego Wildfire Recovery

San Diegans Helping Neighbors

Disasters like the 2007 Southern California wildfires remind us that we are one big family. Right now, our family is in need. Many people in San Diego know all too well about recovering and rebuilding after a firestorm. Let’s use that knowledge and those experiences to help others get through the coming months.

This site includes resources and first-hand accounts. Please sign up and share your story and your experiences. Tell others what you’ve been through and what you’ll do next. Have you found an especially helpful agency or resource? Can you recommend a fair and reasonable contractor or a good architect? Who did you call to help with the many overwhelming tasks once the fires were over?
